Disliked: You cannot close the curtain in the room so anyone can just look into the room from the outside, this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen staying in a hotel. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Someone went into the room while I was away, came back to the room with all the lights on when I turned every light off before leaving. Contacted the front desk and they said staff did not go into the room because the do not disturb sign was on the door. They said they would check the cameras but never contacted me back, ended up leaving the hotel early due to feeling unsafe knowing someone was in my room while I was away and hotel staff didn’t do anything about it.
