Liked: Everything very clean!! Extremely friendly!!! We will definitely stay there again!
Disliked: TV remote very hard to use from the bed. Had to stand very close to change channels.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room needed dusting, the coffee maker was nasty, the sealed bar of soap was sticky.hair on the floor and in bathtub and a old blood stain on a pillow.

Very good

Liked: Spacious, clean, easy access through side doors. Close to Ferrum college.
Disliked: Air conditioner kept flipping on even though it was 30 degrees out. We had to keep flipping it back to heat.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The cleanliness was not even remotely decent, the only reason we stayed is because we were stuck due to the snowstorm that came through! And the worst part was the Nazi in the breakfast area that would not allow us to even leave the area with our food to go back to our room! Then to top it all off the watered down the waffle mix so much it wouldn’t even make a pancake and then the refrigerator for the milk we were told came unplugged overnight in the milk was still warm! Let’s go ahead and give our patrons spoiled milk!!!
