Disappointing- don’t believe high reviews.

Liked: Chose this hotel for breakfast, since we did late checkout. The coffee machine was broke, and coffee served in carafe was watery and awful. Ran out of eggs, waffle batter, syrup…by 8:30, had limited choices. (but hotel was empty.) We ate at IHOP 2 miles away instead.
Disliked: Breakfast, elevator out of order so many steps to second floor , because first floor rooms offered looked abused.

Would not go there again.

Liked: The location was very convenient. Close to the highways and major cities.
Disliked: No one was at the desk. If you needed assistance you had to call a phone number. We had no hot water the first day and was told no maintenance was on until Monday. The pool looked cloudy and the surface not clean.

Positive in all respects.

Liked: Really first class for this price range. As much as you could possibly expect, I think.
Disliked: No issues.

Disliked: There should be someone at the front desk at all times.

I felt safe and comfortable.

Liked: I like the fact I could bring in my pets.
Disliked: I got up for the free breakfast and there was no breakfast. I was on time and everything.
