Liked: The only reason we got a breakfast was because we booked the room 1 year ago (we had to prove that with saved paperwork or cellphone pic of the reservation).
Disliked: Our reservation was cancelled without notification. We arrived at the hotel to be told that there wasn't any room as they were booked. They offered us a dirty and foul smelling room in the hotel next door which was under construction. The elevator didn't match up with the floor by 6 inches and as stated, the room was dirty and smelled bad. We were also expected to cram into the room with 2 other people whose reservation was cancelled without notification. When we refused that room, we were offered a 'handicap' room in the Abitta Hotel that all four of us had to cram into! At least this room was clean.My friend used the luggage setee and a rollout bed was brought in for me. The two other guys had the one queen size bed.

It was a complete disaster...

Disliked: When I got there to check in they said I wouldn’t be staying there. Due to a pipe broken in my room. They charge me a service fee that I already paid for. And why charge a service fee for a hotel I wouldn’t be using? The room I was offered across the street had pubic hair on the desk and bedsheets. Red stains and black stains on the sheets and pillow cases. So again not staying there.The Abitta hotel is refusing to give me my money back. For a hotel that I didn’t even stay . I was traveling all day with young kids as young as 3 . They were crying, tired and said this is the worst trip because of this. Not having a place to sleep . No one will speak to me directly. I had to book a 3rd hotel and pay over $400 because of this situation. On top of what I already paid for this hotel that was a complete nightmare. ( one of the pictures is a live one so it looks blurry still but there is red stains) this experience has caused emotional distress to me and my kids. I will write a corporate letter. I will file for a civil suit if necessary. You cannot not refund me for my stay when you did not accommodate me. And I am getting the run around no one will speak to me

Great location, staff, and amenities!

Liked: We loved how clean the rooms were and were pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities. The staff was amazing and helped us out a ton during the stay. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
Disliked: N/A
