Just an ok hotel

Disliked: We booked the handicap accessible room but the person who needed it wasn’t able to use it because of a service dog.

Liked: Most of the time when the descriptions says heated indoor pool, I end up freezing. The pool was heated!! Thank you so much.

Very poor

Liked: Tv worked. Bathroom clean
Disliked: My son got bit a few times by something while sleeping. Had to go to urgent care next morning hand swelled to could not see his knuckles

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean, nor the bathroom. My child was in another room because we were visiting WV for a school event and hers was not clean either. They had someone else's clothes in theirs. The guest shouldn't have to clean the toilet to use it.

Disliked: The bathroom walls were tore up, the bedsheets and bath towels was ripped n dirty, they did a $150 deposit on top of are stay charge which is fine but we never got it back and I know nothing was wrong I personally cleaning up everything to help it easier on housekeeping..... the other time we stayed we had no issues and everything was great so we were disappointed this time.
