Disliked: The bed was very hard. The bathroom was very nasty. The tub and toilet had dirty ring. The chair in the room didn’t look sanitary. Also, when my husband asked for towels, there was any face or bath towel available. We were given 6 hand towels to make due of. On top of that we had to go to Walmart to purchase our own sheets and blanket. The place need better housekeeping and lower rates.

An overall positive experience

Liked: While breakfast overall was satisfactory, I must note that the hot water in the canister was only at room temperature, which proved insufficient for preparing the oatmeal or grits.
Disliked: While my stay at the Quality Inn hotel was generally enjoyable, I found the lack of sufficiently hot water for preparing oatmeal or grits during breakfast to be a notable inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of any other significant issues or dislikes during my stay contributed to an overall positive experience.

Family Visit

Liked: Great location! The room and facility were clean. Seems to have been renovated recently, good job! Free parking on location. The price was okay, but not great!
Disliked: The bathtub in our room had rust stains. Breakfast was included, but not very good, at all. The concept is there, but not fully. So, breakfast for us was not successful.

Liked: We did not like the breakfast. No eggs or meat variety.
Disliked: Renovations should be made before a customer check into a room. Due to old furniture in the room, shortage in the bathroom light, cold running water in bathroom, lamp light out, loose screw found under the cover in the bed, I asked for a fifty-dollar refund. The manager apologized and gave me the refund. He told me the place is under renovation and in the future let them know immediately to fix the situation. I surmise that the establishment audit all the rooms for customer service and use only the ones that are up to standards.
