Nice location,! Safe, clean, comfortable...

Liked: Location is excellent steps from the beach. Neighborhood feels safe and accommodations are clean and pleasant, though a bit outdated. Beds are clean and comfortable. Everything in the room works and is functioning properly. A good value for this location, but away from the beach I have found alternate accommodations for work stays that cost less and are equally adequate as this.
Disliked: I did not like the $14 per day parking fee. Other accommodations have free parking.

Liked: Location to the beach and restaurants. Elevator went out on my checkout day and an employee helped me get all of my heavy luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor.
Disliked: Outdated, carpet dirty in my floor - most likely due to leaking ice maker.

Liked: I just slept there one night, showered in the morning and checked out, really wasn't there that long, I have no complaints
Disliked: I looked in at the continental breakfast, I had a free breakfast where I was heading, so I didn't linger very long and I checked out
