Very good

Liked: We had a second floor room and were grateful that there is an elevator. The room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. There was ample free parking. The breakfast was nice.

Disliked: It’s difficult to get to from downtown.

Adequate but overpriced and unfriendly...

Liked: The room was large enough for a family of 5 although the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and only supportive enough for our 7 year old. The rooms were noisy but we did expect this so it wasn’t a surprise. The location was useful for accessing Universal Studios. My kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Front desk staff were surly and unhelpful when we arrived. Booking was under my name and fully paid before arrival but they wouldn’t accept my husbands credit card for the security deposit. Pillows were old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good. I felt we were overcharged for what it was.

Liked: Great staff, good location between the Burbank airport and Pasadena.
Disliked: Threadbare towels, tiny bathroom. This is just an old motel with a Comfort Inn sign. Some street noise, even though staff tried to place us away from it. Complimentary breakfast was just OK.
