Great location, excellent and helpful...

Liked: Location was good, near buses and subway, twenty-thirty minute walk to 911 memorial, ferry services.
Disliked: Right next to railway and NO mention on description that there was constant noise from the trains. Would not have chosen this accommodation if we were aware of this issue. Room was smaller than shown in photos. Changed room after the first night due to unacceptable noise level with trains passing every couple of minutes till late at night and early in the morning. On our booking we were charged extra for a breakfast, only to find that breakfast was complimentary and consisted only of cereals, bread, bagels, and hot and cold drinks.
