Very pleasant staff; very good breakfast and they always helped in any manner needed.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and when they found out we were staying because of the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament they had the lineup printed every morning - they were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing but the fridge froze everything - I'm sure that just needs adjusted.

Liked: The breakfast was great!! They had a wonderful variety!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were amazing! The staff was extremely professional, nice and accommodating.
Disliked: The toilet was loose, wobbled everytime we sat on it. The floor was uneven and there was loose tiles and a squeak on the floor. My father almost fell do to the uneven floor. Room 218.

Liked: The location, cleanliness and faculty.
Disliked: I got charged twice for my stay. So instead of it costing me 247.28 for my stay I got charged over $500. Then every night they charge your card $123.99 without telling you. If you don't pay attention to your bank you will never know. They don't like when you ask them about the charges
