Liked: All the extra pillows I requested, as well as bed types, were accommodated. New bathroom very nice and plenty of towels. Good variety of breakfast foods and clean facility all around. Bed linens and towels high quality Nice exercise room

Liked: i have been staying there since my daughter is at Duke University and i have always been very pleased with my stay there. only disappointed when i went to book my stay there in May for my daughters graduation and your rates were so high you pushed me to stay at another Hotel which I paid half the rate. I asked when i checked out this last time and the rates were still so high. If I could get the same rate as what hotels around you are charging I would have re booked with you again for May.
Disliked: Sometimes we smell that Pot smell, which I know you all can't control but sometimes it is very strong.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was great. The bathroom seemed to have not been cleaned completely. Like maybe they started and got side tracked. It wasn't horrible.
