Positively surprised

Liked: Nice, clean, had everything I was expecting. Quite impressed that the room was very clean and quiet, bed and pillows were confortable, check in and check out were prompt and easy.Front door stays locked at night providing extra safety, which was a nice add on.
Disliked: Not sure how safe it is to go to the car at night, but this is nothing the hotel can change.

Disliked: The room was dirty, dated, run down and not at pleasant. We had reserved for 3 nightswe left after the first night. We were given a number to contact to get our refund and the number would not accept calls from us. I would not recommend this hotel.

Really good and very convenient...

Liked: Breakfast was good, even though we had to get to the hospital right away. Staff was very understanding.
Disliked: Nothing
