Liked: My husband and I were moving from NC to TX, the parking lot had ample space for a 26’ Uhaul, the noise levels were so-so. I requested a bottom floor room near an exit (for the dogs), but they were renovating the bottom floor. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room darkening shade on the window... because I'm not an early riser. And the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist was not outgoing or welcoming. She just did her job, and she greeted me and the lady in front of me as if we pulled her away from something more important. After we waited 5 minutes before she came to the counter. I had to ask to get the room vacuum, there was lots of debris behind the door, a chip on the floor by the bed....mold in the tub. The hallway was not vacuumed.
