Unfriendly staff, bad smell, parties...

Liked: Almost nothing. The bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Wow, where to start. Most of the staff members were incredibly unfriendly, grumpy and didn't even acknowledge people at the front desk. The key cards had to be changed every night, as they didn't work. One night there was a party in the lobby at 10.30 pm with very loud people drinking. The smell in the hallway is gross.

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: They charged my card 3 times. I called and spoke with Angela. She advised me to give her 30 minutes. I called back after an hour for her to say she didn’t get time to look into it. I called back again and got no answer. No one has called me back or fixed the issue. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I can’t access funds. This is unacceptable. I’ve never had an issue calling a company about a charge and they not look into the issue IMMEDIATELY!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. And someone needs to call me back. Customer service is HORRIBLE
