Disappointing

Liked: The location is in close driving distance, or walking if your brave, to resturants and shopping. Also easy to drive to Seattle City Center.
Disliked: We stayed for over a week. Struggled to get fresh towels. There was no room service to clean bathroom, refill toilet paper and empty garbage. Garbage bags pilled hallways waiting to be taken away.The fitness center equipment was mostly broken, that was highly disappointing. It seemed like folks were living in the hotel. The parking lot often had people wandering in it that appeared homeless. At least the staff kept those people out of the hotel. It was also annoying to listen to news station at breakfast everyday. Not a happy way to start a day. Impossible to change the station. I also think we overpaid for this hotel by booking through a second party. I would research this better next time.
