Exactly what we wanted. Staggering distance from the Commodore! Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nice staff. Clean hotel.
Disliked: Key cards were annoying. Had to go to front desk several times to get them fixed.

All and all it was a lousy experience and I would like my money back .

Disliked: The room was very small; the sheets were clean but the bedding smelled stale; the elevator was out of order when we came back from Cirque du Soleil. I am 73 years old with knee problem and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get back to our room; the staff at the front desk were rude and indifferent - I asked if they had a service elevator and they said there was no service elevator, and told us that since it was not an emergency the elevator would probably not be fixed for 3 or 4 more hours, and had no way of helping me out. So I struggled up 5 flights of stairs. The breakfast was lukewam. The $139 room ended up costing close to $190. They did not tell us on arrival that parking was $18 - another lovely surprise.

Disappointing - 2.1 out of 5

Alysha Tue, 30 October 2018

Good location, not clean

Disliked: The bed had black hair all over it, which is disgusting! The bedside tables had dust all over them. Tv was a pain in the butt. We had a late check out for noon, and the next morning at 11 am the housekeeping didn?t knock just walked right in and embarrassed me while I was changing. I was beyond angry. There was a loud high pitched sound all night that kept me awake not sure where it was coming from. I will probably book with a different hotel next time. Positive: staff was decently nice.
