Very Good - 4 out of 5

Hotel air conditioning unit way too loud. Bar service and staff exceptional. Staff at hotel lobby should have some kind of uniform, not plain clothes.

Exactly what we wanted. Staggering distance from the Commodore! Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nice staff. Clean hotel.
Disliked: Key cards were annoying. Had to go to front desk several times to get them fixed.

Poor - 1 out of 5

All and all it was a lousy experience and I would like my money back .

Disliked: The room was very small; the sheets were clean but the bedding smelled stale; the elevator was out of order when we came back from Cirque du Soleil. I am 73 years old with knee problem and I had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get back to our room; the staff at the front desk were rude and indifferent - I asked if they had a service elevator and they said there was no service elevator, and told us that since it was not an emergency the elevator would probably not be fixed for 3 or 4 more hours, and had no way of helping me out. So I struggled up 5 flights of stairs. The breakfast was lukewam. The $139 room ended up costing close to $190. They did not tell us on arrival that parking was $18 - another lovely surprise.

A nice hotel close to...

Liked: We liked the bed - comfortable and king size. We liked the staff - very friendly! The bathroom was adorable and very nice decor throughout. We liked the Keurig in the room and the tablet that had info on it.
Disliked: There were hairs in the shower from previous guests. Parking was a little difficult - very small stalls and very minimal number of spots.

Liked: ????????
Disliked: Located right above a bar, so it's very loud at night especially weekend so have to keep windows closed all the time, and AC is directly blowing to bed, so I have to close the window and shut down the AC to sleep, the towel smells very bad, and shower room door cannot close properly. The only good thing about this place is staff are very friendly.

Great location!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. We changed the reserved room (noisy air conditioner hose) and got bigger for the same price. Spacious and comfortable for one week stay. Recently renovated hotel, good location to walk around, eat, shop and have nightlife. Excellent room cleaning and maintenance.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. No many choices and could have more varieties for different days! Unsustainable is seven days copy-paste offer. The light is coming from the bathroom window into the room. Early waking is inevitable. Dimming roll is needed! Little is needed for perfection.
