Single Traveler with 2 Doggos

Liked: The property has made recent upgrades in the recent years & I appreciated the ease of access from the first floor rooms to the exits for my pups to have streamlined access to the outside without disturbing other guests. Scott was the highlight of the trip between checking in after a long drive with ease, making sure everything was top notch during my stay, and the funny conversations in passing. As someone in the customer service field, it was nice to see his positive attitude exude through his interactions with other guests as well! Jordan welcomed my dogs with open arms (literally) & Matthew helped whenever he could to make sure I didn’t need help with my bags, key card, and held the doors. I visit Clarion every 6 months or so and this was my first time staying at the Quality Inn - it will now be the place I look for when I’m in town.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Our first room had mold in the refrigerator. It was 90 degrees and two of the three lamps and television didn’t work. One lamp was missing a lampshade. Front desk gave us a second room that smelled like rotting meat / vomit. Requested a refund only to be told that we had to contact the website we booked through. Don’t stay here. A ton of better options in the area that are not much more expensive.

Liked: Love the pool, breakfast, king suite is always amazing, staff are very tentative to needs.
Disliked: Building is starting to get old could use some repairs, our room above the tub looked lime it could use redone, but still love all the services.

Liked: The hotel has a very good location, with Costco, a large mall, and various shops very close by. Good staff (receptionist and cleaning staff). The room was clean in general, except for the air conditioner.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the windows do not open in this hotel, and the air conditioning was dirty with dust. Therefore, if you stay for more than 2 days, you won't have access to fresh air, and your accommodation here will not be comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

Liked: The breakfast was okay. The scrambled eggs and waffles were good. The location was good. The pool was good.
Disliked: Our toilet seat was loose and nearly falling off. There were ants in one of our two rooms. One waffle iron was not working. The pastries were stale.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was very cold.

Liked: The over all stay was great. Stayed at this location 7 or 8 times. People are nice. Amy issues I had was taken care of for the most part. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Super friendly workers all around.
Disliked: Over all I would say it good. Very little dislikes. I like getting the king size rooms because they have the jet tubs. However, only 1 works. These should be fixed as this is a great addition to the room. This would definitely ensure me keeping this my hotel when I'm in the area every 4 to 5 weeks I am in that area. Also the tubs are very slick. Something should be placed on the bottoms for safety. And the last thing would be better pillows.
