Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: Our bathroom was dirty , had not been cleaned None of the outlets in the room were working . We had to charge our phones in the car .

Disliked: That lobby smelled like pee, I got there at 10 pm and asked if I could check out a little bit later than 11 am and the guy working said no!

Disliked: Comfort inn should be comfortable but that was not the case, elevator needs upgradew, wall cracks, bathtub shows bad renovation job, old popcorn ceiling. Limited breakfast variety Needs upgrades to call this comfortable

Liked: It is in the perfect location for the purposes of my visit to that area, and the staff are great.
Disliked: Sometimes the hotel infrastructure has issues. This visit one of the two elevators wasn't working at all, and the inner door of the two sliding glass main entry doors was broken. I didn't see any service company working on these repairs.
