Disliked: I reserved a room online. I was charged a fee for the reservation which is fine. I get to the hotel and the guy tells me they have no rooms available and that the reservation fee will be refunded. As were talking I get a notification from my bank that I was just charged 150$ from oyo which was the price for the room for the 2 nights. Why are you charging me for the room when you're telling me you're fully booked....he tells me it will take 7-14 days for my money to be refunded...

The room was clean, though...

Liked: The property was clean and had adequate resources. Though a few of the items were not functional.
Disliked: The hairdryer, had one prong, broken, and dust was obviously not functional. The coffee maker also did not work.

Liked: The location and price
Disliked: They overbooked, gave away my prepaid for hotel room. When I showed up, they denied that I even had a reservation. Continued lying to my face. Did not try to fix anything. The entire facility smelled horrible and everything was . VERY RUDE STAFF.

Disliked: I booked, was confirmed, and paid ahead-- and when I arrived was told I didn't have a room-- they were booked. I called OYO customer service and they could not help me. - I am concerned it is a scam since the OYO customer service has no record of my confirmation. -- go elswhere if you can.
