Disliked: The remote check in was a bit strange but it worked

Disliked: no clerk at front desk. did not leave coffee in the room the third day

Disliked: Asked for a pool side room did not get it and the Hotel was not full. .Got a room on the side of the road very loud with all the cars riding buy all night.And put a person on the front desk to check in not a self check in screen.

Liked: Breakfasts were good . Staff did not bring towels, bathmats and toilet papers for our last night stay
Disliked: A family of 10 Mexican immigrants were dropped off at the lobby of the hotel for breakfast on our Sunday March 18 morning. The Mexican working staff assisted the family into one of the bedroom hotel room. We think it is very unusual to have 10 people in one hotel room. And believe that the hotel management is unaware of this situation. We hope you resolve this problem before we decide to stay at your hotel in the future thanks. Dave and Nancy
