Disliked: This facility should have never been allowed to be booked. Apparently there was a water main break, and the hotel was not functional. The problem is, I was allowed to book, but after an incredibly long flight, and arriving after midnight, I found that the hotel was completely closed and plastic up on all of the windows. To compound the issue, there were no other available hotels in the vicinity. I had to drive over an hour to find rest.

Disliked: Exterior door access did not work. Bed linens stained and should have been removed from use. Staff upon check I did not seem overly fried or enthusiastic to answer my questions. Dimly lit interior halls and somewhat dated.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Items seemed to be replenished only when staff overheard us saying that there must not be any.
Disliked: Fake apologies that items weren’t ‘currently’ working. We knew that this wasn’t the case as the property was deteriorating. Example: the pool lift for the handicapped was rusted out. The pool was literally peeling away. The hot tub was not only an ice bath but clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. When you walked the stairs on the stairwell, the landing portions between floors actually gave in when you stood on them (not normal)!! Staff was ‘meh’ in their greeting. Room curtain did not keep out the light. Queen size bed in room is actually a double.
