Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist knowingly placed us in a room directly next to a very large adult family who were chain smoking directly in front of our window (and I mean multiple people congregating around our door, we could smell their cigarettes in our room), from the moment we arrived in the afternoon, late into the evening, and early in the morning. The walls between rooms were very thin. It was so loud we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our dog to go get dinner. When I asked (the same receptionist) to switch our room in the evening, the response was “that’s the room you booked, they’ll be quiet later”. We were awoken very early in the morning with the same, and the vacancy sign was on the entire time.

Disliked: The bathroom floor was wet when we checked in, the TV was old so I could not let my children hook up their game. We could not see the ocean. The parking lot was small and the bed was bumpy.

Overall I would definitely book...

Liked: The property is well maintained, I love the option of having a one bed room apartment which includes kitchen, definitely a plus. The Staff are very accommodating and very helpful.I loved how we have a private access to go to the beach. There’s also an Ice Machine outside. I will definitely recommend this place, Mike the front desk person was amazing.
Disliked: The property is small, therefore there is limited parking, I believe they have another place where the guest could also park.The property has 2 floors, I think they need to let other guest know to be mindful of other guest, specially the one that are staying downstairs.My last night here was not great only because we didn’t get any sleep due to other guest playing music and walking non stop. There should be. A curfew to stop the music. We literally heard everything that’s how loud it was and the music was playing until dawn. Hopefully this property can remind other guest to be quiet at a certain time.
