It was definitely the experience...
Liked: The breakfast was described as homemade baked goods but the muffins were packaged store ones and there were bagels from your typical bagels. Since this is in NY, the bagels were fine but definitely not no home baked goods here as mentioned when we booked. Still, the breakfast was perfectly fine.
Disliked: I thought the woman at the front desk was not warm but the gentleman the next morning was very friendly. Also, one thing about the roof deck is that clothing is optional. This was fine for me and my 11year old son but if I was traveling with my teen daughter she would have been embarrassed. So, good to let potential customers know that.

Liked: Beautiful breakfast. When we came downstairs to eat, one of the owners started putting more fresh fruit out for us. It was a nice sentiment. Perfect place to stop and stay for the night if you?re just passing through.

Great value in Chelsea as...
Liked: Great value for New York on a residential street in Chelsea. Near many restaurants and subway stations. Good quality continental breakfast (bagels, muffins cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice). Happy hour with whiskey, wine, light snacks (chips, salsa, nuts). Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged an airport shuttle for us. Air conditioning worked. Highly recommended.
Disliked: No great seating in the room. You could sit in the lobby breakfast area as an alternative.

Liked: Not much to like about this place.
Disliked: Run down and filthy place. The roof deck had nude man sun baiting and there was no warning about it anywhere. It's a small space so if you would like to have a cup of coffee on a deck you may have to sit next to a naked men.
