Disliked: I was billed TWICE once by booking.com and also by the property!!! No one can straighten this out. Will dispute charges with American Express I guess.

Love it here

Liked: The property is clean, quiet, and close to our needs while in Neenah. I love the offerings here, from a provided breakfast to freshly baked cookies in the lobby.
Disliked: This is so minor, but it would be great if the pool area had a hot tub.

Would stay again but if...

Liked: Wonderful room delicious food
Disliked: There was a hockey team there and the kids we’re running up and down the hallways late at night till 11 when I had two small children sleeping and the parents didn’t do anything but drink and didn’t respect the staff at all
