Passable

Liked: The room was very nice and so was the view.
Disliked: We got locked out our room the first night because the key card stopped working and maintenance had to come reset the door . We were outside got over 20 minutes wet and cold. My card was also charged twice $250 for the deposit.

Comfortable stay but limited dining...

Liked: Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious.
Disliked: The dining places close too early. There is no option for dinner on the property. Then two days in a row the Tiki Bar closed around 6:45 when we got there but said they close at 7.

Liked: It was very clean and the rooms were very big the location was perfect right on the beach and close enough to shopping.

Condo decent stay away from...

Liked: The condo unit was decent. Clean but a little outdated. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was not an issue. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. A kettle would have been nice. The unit was generally quiet with the exception of some noise from unit above. Generally decent!
Disliked: The outdoor pools were very clean but not heated which was a real disappointment. We chose this resort because it had many pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pools are not heated in March (possibly dec -March) so i would not recommend it during this time. The hot tubs were not well maintained and dirty. The north tower indoor pool was filthy and did not look like it was vacuumed daily. I would not let my grandchildren step into that pool. The south tower indoor pool was clean. The lazy river was not heated and the floats were not available during our stay! So overall disappointment with the resort amenities. I would not return to this resort .
