Liked: The hotel is gorgeous, clean, best location.The staff could not have been more helpful.Very happy with my stay.
Disliked: My room (313) was very near a maintenance closet & I believe that is why I heard a lot of doors loudly opening/closing.I'm a light sleeper. But I still had a fantastic time!

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The room was very small. Only one bottle of water each on arrival, which wasn't replenished.Our room was at the side/rear of the hotel with all of the air conditioning units outside. This resulted in constant noise 24 hours a day, which disturbed our sleep.One of the two lifts was continually out of service, resulting in long waits for the lift. On one occasion we wited 10 minutes and when the lift finally arrived it was full of staff with refuse bins so we couldn't use it. NOT GOOD!!!
