Good location, very dated not...

Liked: Great location for what we needed it for.
Disliked: Rooms are super basic, for the price not worth it at all. I've stayed in Premier Inn's which have nicer rooms so they didn't represent good value for money. The place is quite dated in parts but looks like a refurb is coming soon.

Friendly stay in the heart...

Liked: Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and bed and pillows were very comfy. Toiletries were good quality and shower worked well. There was tea and coffee in the room but also free fresh ground coffee, tea and chilled water in the foyer. We left our bags during the day and the staff helped us by printing out our boarding passes. For this part of London the value for money was very good. Great position with lots to see and do in the area.
Disliked: Some areas looked a little tired but there were notices saying they were about to undertake renovations.

Liked: It was a very central location, London bridge and tower was close by and you can walk around easily. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you need. Staff were helpful as well, would definitely recommend this place.

Liked: Excellent facilities and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Great location , can't wait to stay there again. Generous sized room and wow, great view of the city.
