Locations is a beautiful quiet...

Liked: The town homes are beautiful spacious private enough if it’s just a quick visit. Comfortable.
Disliked: Had the pleasure of seeing two rooms. The first I had no control over ac however lake view and end of the block of homes which is nice. The second property had a small private pool which we had made use of however it was probably the smallest one they have. There were more neighbors on this side but they room layout and overall set up was better in the second condo. Tv remotes were tricky didn’t work well our tv options were stuck after a few hours. The pool was nice the food at the restaurant not so much

Liked: Easy late check in. All townhomes are easy to get to. Very welcoming.
Disliked: No bedding for the pull out bed anywhere.

Very filthy unit

Liked: It was in a secured area. The club house is nice, and the location was close enough to Disney World. The guards there were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: the house was filthy! There was mold growing on the window seals. We walked around in our white sock for 5 minutes and the bottoms were filthy dirty. The couch smelled like dog pee. And there was a fresh puddle of pee on the carpet in one of the upper bedrooms. We had to put a towel down to soak it up. There were large cobwebs in the corner of another room. And something on the lower wall, baseboards and carpet. It looked like there was poop on one of the window blinds. The doors were filthy like they have not been clean in a year. the rug was falling apart in the Dinning room. The outdoor cushions and chairs were disgusting. There were several screens missing from the pool area. The pool was dirty with bugs and leaves. I would have cleaned the pool myself but the skimmer was all ripped up. Beds were not very comfy. The pot self above the stirs was filthy dirty. The unit had a lot of dust you could see it on the lights, and window seals.
