Disliked: The room was confirmed, but there was no room available when I arrived because my room "became unavailable" and the only way I could get a room was to pay $275 more for an upgraded room. I received no notification from anyone concerning a status change to my reservation. I think they were pulling a bait and switch. .

The hotel is a good...
Liked: The location is great, right off the highway with easy and quick access to all areas of RI. The hotel is quite dated but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were personable. No food available on premises but right across the street is a good restaurant called Don's Place that also has entertainment,
Disliked: The bathroom really needs a deep cleaning and updating.

Bad
Disliked: It was supposed to be pet friendly but when we got there she said there were no accommodations left for pets. Also because I had two dogs she wouldn’t have let me stay even if her pet friendly rooms were available. Plus she wasn’t sorry or helpful in any way. We found a cleaner looking place that accepted dogs and was 10 dollars cheaper!
