Very arrogant business and unprofessional

Liked: Property had a power cut. Staff were rude when responding to inquiries. Management never came to address guests. They was no apology. Property did not even reach out on email to apologize for inconvenience. No refund was done
Disliked: I hated everything about that experience. I was late for work after traveling from far

Great location on the Seawall

Liked: Great location! Comfortable bed and pillows. Good variety of things for breakfast. I booked last minute and got a great room rate. I was very pleased with my stay.
Disliked: We were only there 1 night, no complaints during our stay.

Disappointing

Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work was very uncomfortable. Told staff said manager would look into it. She never did. It was over 80° in that room.

Good value for the location...

Liked: Location was great. right on the beach. Walking distance to many things.
Disliked: Pay for parking. Low water pressure. Pool was locked, and not warm. No towels at pool
