Dirty; pool closed; fitness room a joke; mold; lamp shades not even on the lamps; chocolate chip cookies on room floor; bathroom counters filthy. Have pictures to prove it. Moved to another hotel. Fighting to get my money back. Front counter people a joke.

Liked: The Breakfast Buffet had alot of selections to choose from. They were very attentive and most accommodating.I needed an extra blanket and they provided myself with one immediately. The hotel was very clean and tidy.
Disliked: I did not like the shower head in the bathroom. It made you feel like you were getting hosed down by a fire engine hose. It was to strong and painful.

Disliked: We experienced a delay checking into hour our room due to the property not receiving the payment from booking.com, which inconvenienced my family. We had to pay for a night just to be able to check into our room; after a 6.5 hour drive and a 20min wait to speak with a booking.com rep. The property refunded us a few days later.
