Liked: A half eaten dried up apple was found on the floor by the bed. Also could smell the fumes from the swimming pool through the a/c that left the room smelling like the pool area causing slight headache 🤕

Liked: The breakfast bar was great. There was plenty of food and drink. The cooked food was good and hot.

Liked: Breakfast was nice - fruit, cereal, coffee, pancakes, etc. Room was fine. Beds were comfortable and we loved watching the cable TV. This was perfect location for our tour of Shepherd University, the town, and Harper's Ferry.

Liked: The room and facility was clean enough and in a good location really close to harper’s ferry
Disliked: Our room was by the pool, so there was ZERO sunlight and the entire room smelled like chlorine. You could hear kids screaming in the pool at 8pm. There wasn’t any handsoap in our room and they have horrible cell service and wifi (maybe due to the fact that the rooms are in a literal basement. I paid $170 for the night and that was WAY too much for what it is we received. The breakfast was… fine. I saw others enjoying it. Really i don’t understand how a room in a humid basement level right next to a pool with horrible phone service is the same amount of money as the rest of the rooms but as it goes, it is what it is

Liked: Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Clean and quiet all around.
Disliked: No cohesiveness with the free breakfast. Very small and basic for a conference center
