Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the trash in the bathroom wasn’t taken out, and the heater was also broken.

Great place to stay.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to stores, gas stations, and food. All of the staff are very friendly. Great hot breakfast with different options each day. Nice bar and restaurant with great food. Nice gym. Nice laundry facilities.

Disliked: There shuttle was not running had to get rides when called they said they had shuttle service for pick up and to run around time when I called 24 hrs before I need a pick up at train station they said call for pick up when we got there called and they said they had no driver

Overall, my stay was good.

Disliked: carpet in room was dirty, thin walls

Disliked: 1. We requested to check in early since we arrived at 8.00 am. Unfortunely, our room only ready by 3 pm. We wasted our whole day waited at the hotel lobby.2. Have to make a request to make up room, troublesome!!
