Sleepless night

Liked: Most of the staff was professional.
Disliked: We were on the third floor and there was a live band playing in the lobby/restaurant. We could hear the music playing from our room and could not sleep. The music didn’t stop playing until 12:30am. I have never had an experience like that. The second night was better. The staff was apologetic and I know it was not their fault.

Liked: I like the ambiance of the room. Nice simple and clean.
Disliked: The thermostat was noisy..I cannot sleep.

Disliked: my room didnt clean one day and another day there was no towel. The room was so cold and the air conditioner was too noisy and ineffective.
