Comfortable room in great location

Liked: Location was great. We were able to drop our bags prior to accessing the room which was clean and comfortable. It was not spacious but did us for 1 night.
Disliked: It was up a narrow staircase but we were not up and down all evening, morning else negative

Disliked: Rooms are poor, not clean at all. Didn’t feel safe at the property. The communal toilet is disgusting, the rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are also dirty in the rooms. We had a fan in our room that was broken. It stated a family room, but the sofa bed was not sturdy enough to sleep on. The bed just about fit into the bedroom, no bedside lamps provided and only tiny bathroom towels. No full length mirror, spare bedding provided but didn’t even have a duvet cover on.

Liked: A great room, very comfortable, brilliant location.
Disliked: Getting the key card out of the box was a faff, particularly as it wasn't there, but the member of staff was there so all sorted quickly.
