Great location. Good value. Basic...

Liked: Good staff who tried to make everyone feel included
Disliked: Clean but not spotless. Never got over the feeling that it could have been cleaner

Moldy smelly small room

Liked: The locations is very close to all the restaurants and bars in the French Quarter
Disliked: We were thoroughly disappointed. We booked a queen deluxe room but our room was very small and dingy. The room was not as pictured and the bed size was definitely not a queen. Upon letting them know of this, they only offered an apology but nothing by to make it right. We also woke up everyday to bug bites and itchy. Check in-out is not pleasant. You’re not even allowed into the building until 3pm, even though my room was ready. And house keeping came at my door knocking at 10:45am even though check out isn’t at 11. And they were mentioning charging for another night if we weren’t out no later than 11:30 when u was literally just in the lobby. I can not recommend this place.

Liked: The staff was great!!!The location is perfect!!!
Disliked: Need to have accessories for the guest use in the rooms, such as mirrors and clothes hangers.Also they need to have some tea spoons

As far as hostel stays...

Liked: Location in the French Quarter was within walking distance of our targets. Facilities were clean and well administered. Staff member Jamal was outstanding.
Disliked: All was good.

Superb

Awesome Value

Liked: Great value for the money. Enjoyed being in the French Quarter with easy access to attractions and public transport. The private room was as expected and quiet. There were plenty of restrooms, showers and sinks and we never had to wait for one to open up. The staff were friendly and there were optional happy hours and events each evening.
Disliked: The facilities were a bit run down in some places, but for the value it was not an issue for us.

Liked: At least the room was clean
Disliked: They let me wait outside the street for minimum 30 minutes because I did not recieve an e mail with a code to come inside... The staff was rude, as I asked a member where the forks are, she answered to me in a rude way if i could not see the pictograms... I would not book here again
