Unpleasant stay

Liked: Parking should be included in the room price.
Disliked: No free WIFI, all hotels provide free WIFI world-wide, why it is an exception in Chicago. Including it in the room price. Do not hide.

My stay was enjoyable and I have saved it as a favorite.

Liked: the attentiveness of the front desk staff! Especially Ray Mangila.
Disliked: It is time to update your equipment in the gym, the bikes especially. One creeks when you ride it , the other one does not turn on. They both could use some additional cleaning.
