Disliked: The room was not good. The room opened to the outdoors, more motel like than hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

Liked: The only thing that I liked about this place is their location.
Disliked: Staying in this place was having a bad time during my vacation.. Since the first moment the staff wasn’t nice and they didn’t try to help us at all.. I made the reservation with booking and they said that the damage deposit was 200$ but when I got to the hotel they said it was 500$. Also we picked the family suite because of the amenities that they offered as the bathtub in the room.. and when we get there they said that they bathtub are not working in any room anymore. So I think is a scam that they offered something and then when you get there they don’t have it.. Bc honestly we chose this place because of that.. and if it wasn’t enough, the shower of the room that they gave us was broken. And we asked them to change the room bc of that and they let us do it after 3 days that we couldn’t use the shower properly, and when we changed the room the new one was broken too. Also one of the nights there were people having a fight in the lobby and no one did nothing to stop them, and we couldn’t even sleep bc of all the screaming and the scandal of that moment. And I don't wanna forget about the key cards, they sucks!! Every time that we got to our room the key card didn't work and it was so annoying bc we had to go to the front desk to change it all the time. So if you wanna have a good time I suggest you don’t stay here

Liked: I loved the location.
Disliked: It is really loud street and unless you have loud fan on you will hear a lot of noises. But bed was comfortable.

Liked: The location was great, parking was about 7 minutes away. All the lots were full at night
Disliked: There were not enough towels for the guest in the room, the tile in the bathroom was lifted.
