It was terrible.
Liked: Not much
Disliked: I don't have enough space or time to write it all. The hotel is old, dated, not maintained. We had many, many problems there and the staff didn't seem to care. Just don't go there.

It was a genuine surprise...
Liked: The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and I love the texting app as my questions were answered immediately. The breakfast was absolutely delicious (Blueberry French Toast!) and I loved coming and going without the hassle of a normal hotel (valet, lobby noise, etc. etc. ).
Disliked: I always bring my own pillow if I am not staying at a place like the El Encanto, etc. It would be nice to have plusher pillows but, like I said, I prepared for that. Also, softer towels would be appreciated:).

Liked: The grounds were beautiful even in winter. The staff/management was fantastic communication with via text message was very easy. This inn has a water softener, our hair and skin felt amazing. Next time I will have to get the room with a bath tub!
Disliked: Everything was great.
