Bigger is Sometimes Better

Liked: The suite is huge compared to most hotel rooms. And well stocked. The Lazy Dog restaurant is a short walk away, which was nice that we didn't have to get back in the car to go to dinner.
Disliked: We could not find the thermostat to adjust the temperature at first, but it turned out to be behind the TV.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Everything about the property was very good. Loved the trees and the fountains. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I stayed there 1 week prior to surgery and 2 weeks to recover. The room was large and comfortable. The location was perfect. If you stay here, please ask to be placed far away from long term guests. The hassle is not worth it.
Disliked: The reason I did not give a score of 10 is due to other long term guests who were very disturbing. They sat outside of their room with 2 dogs, smoking and talking very loud for the two weeks I was recovering from surgery. Other local non guests frequented their room adding additional noise I let it go until the last morning when I was awaken at 5am with loud talking. I stepped outside to ask them to please keep it quiet and the response was less than pleasant filled with profanity. I spoke to the general manager...hopefully something has been done to correct the situation.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and polite my only issue was that the TV room remotes didn't work well maybe just upgrade the out dated TV and that would be beneficial for the guest

Liked: I love the size of the room and the fact that it feels like home and not a hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the stairs I had to climb because of my knees.
