Good location and clean

Liked: Good location and clean room. We were just passing through, so wasn’t able to explore too much around the area.
Disliked: One of the staff was a little unenthusiastic about their job, but I won’t let this stop anyone from staying here

Room was not clean and...

Disliked: The bathroom and room was not cleaned. It looked like someone had thrown up in the toilet from whoever stayed in the room before us and the cleaning staff did not clean it. The room was dirty and had cobwebs. We called the front desk to see if someone could clean our room and they couldn’t accommodate us. They offered us 25% off our hotel room due to the room not being clean but we never received our discount. Booking.com was supposed to contact the property so we could get our discount, we even called customer service for booking.com regarding this but we never received our discount.
