location is perfect but suite...

Liked: location
Disliked: no view, loud, facing maintenance area, hear dump truck in the middle of the night, need to update paint or clean the walls, replace worn out doors, replace dusty drapes and clean out air conditioning unit

Exceptional

Liked: The room had a beautiful view! It was a great size, and I was obsessed with the entire Hawaii experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us, and I will definitely stay there again!
Disliked: I loved everything, nothing bad.

Liked: The views were insane of the crater and of the ocean.
Disliked: The bed was quite small

Overall a really good stay....

Liked: Staff were all so accomodating. My room was sufficient however others in my group had less than suitable rooms (no cooking facilities, small fridge, oversized furniture)
Disliked: I stayed 7 nights. That is too long to no have house keeping. I had to take my towels for exchange every 2 days. Sheets unchanged, floor was pretty filthy after 3-4 days without cleaning. Lots of cockroaches

Liked: The room offered on 2nd day was good. All amenities were available. It is near to the beach and restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful including the front desk.
Disliked: The room booked through web was really bad and no any facility available as shown in pictures.
