A quiet stay in the Big City

Liked: The top of my list for lodging in San Francisco is a quiet room. That means no balcony, no view and I am okay with that. Castle Inn's location worked well for me and I slept sweetly, with no traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked: The location is tops! Everything was clean and comfortable and for the area reasonably priced. We loved the fact that it had free parking, though its better for smaller cars.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the WiFi. Its free but it is not strong or consistent. We could not stream videos on our computers or phones.

Disliked: Furniture needs urgent and serious update, carpet especially. It was not possible to switch off the air conditioner. Faucet was loosely screwed and it seemed about to break.

Liked: The check in staff member was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Have never met a more accommodating hotel. Really enjoyed the location as well.
Disliked: Nothing, lots of good stuff going on.
