Disliked: Extra steps to check-in, trying to sell us on presentations and show tickets

Liked: Nice staff. Good location close to activities and restaurants. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Didn't care for the unexpected timeshare speech when getting parking pass. Rather than getting caught up in that guests should have the option.

Liked: everything went well rooms were cozy plenty of room for my wife and high good heating and cooling system
Disliked: better bedding mattress was to soft

Liked: There isn't anything that I don't like about this place. We always stay there and we are always happy. I will also say that I am happy that the person giving the parking pass did not try to oversell the place or show tickets.
Disliked: This place has raised prices and I understand that this happens but to have to add a 'cleaning fee' on top of the raised prices seems a bit over the top. I would suggest only adding the cleaning fee if a visitor requests cleaning during any part of their stay (such as mid week) and not just after check out which is the norm.

Liked: we did not have the breakfast. We were not a member.
Disliked: the vertical blinds i did not care for. The lights from outside came in room at night. I paid $ 100.00 for cleaning, and then when checking oug we were informed to take out trash. That goes with cleaning !!! If paying $ for cleaning that should be included. Also was unaware that i was going to be approched for buying vacations. This i did not like. If I knew this when booking on line I would puck someqhere else.
