This is an older hotel,...
Liked: The location was great, because it was near the Lincoln Library and Museum which was the main reason for our visit to Springfield. We also found that the cost of the room was very reasonable compared to hotels located closer to the museum. Additionally the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: What did we not like? The only thing we can think of at the moment would be that the facilities could use an update/make over. Other than that there is not much else to say.

It was just okay!
Liked: The room was very dusty and the bathroom sink was clogged. I let the general manager know. And showed her pictures I took.
Disliked: They never waited on me for breakfast. I stood and waited. So I got a bagel and went to my room. Due to covid u can't fix ur own breakfast plate. Dusty sink clogged.

Liked: Downtown location. Seemed to be cleaned well. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lots of thumping and noise late at night. Could hear walking above early in the morning. The light next to the bed didnt work. Went Down to get a new bulb and it didn't work. Had to move a large lamp over so that I could read in bed. Outside area very desolate and saw several homeless on outer edge of property.
