Spacious, clean suite and friendly...

Liked: Staff was friendly, and check in went smoothly. The suite we were in was very spacious and clean.. The location was perfect. We had great access to shopping on Robson and places to eat - we would consider booking again for that reason alone.
Disliked: We found the bed to be quite uncomfortable - it was sunken in the middle which left us sore in the morning. The pillows were also quite flat and the bedding was so stiff and scratchy. The tub was also quite rounded in the bottom, which was a bit awkward for standing in to take a shower (be careful not to slip). Age of the unit showed with obvious wear and tear - could use some cosmetic updates to feel more fresh and renewed. Parking was expensive. We made other arrangements for our vehicle while staying.
