Liked: Reasonable price compared to others in Santee. It's on a golf course and view rooms are available for an uncharge. Free parking.
Disliked: The facility is showing some age and the amenities are slipping behind modern standards

Liked: The location. Easy check in at 1a.
Disliked: The rooms have hardly any lighting.

Liked: Kind of peaceful except the above room that was hosting a rodeo and royal rumble at the same time while bowling ball dropping sounds.
Disliked: Never saw anyone in check in office. Security guard checked us in and for 4 days never saw anyone inside. I tried calling the front desk at one point and no one ever answered, sent to voice-mail. My call wasn't important enough to leave a message, but the fact I never saw or talked to any front desk person was odd. I tried to check out of my room in the office 4 days after I checked in, and you guessed it was locked and no one to be seen. It was a good thing I didn't drop the key cards in the drop box yet due to the fact that I had to return to the room to scan the check-out qr code. That won't keep me from going back, now I know how it works. It was a nice stay other than the circus combined royal rumble going on in the room right above us for 3 days straight with almost no breaks. Sounded like dropped bowling balls and horses running around. The hotel was quite empty so was wandering why we were put right under another checked in guest room. The hotel was like 90% vacant and God as our witness, the room was so loud. As I wanted to change rooms, no one was in office or answered the phone.

Liked: I didn’t stay at the room. It was creepy and felt unsafe to stay alone. It’s on an empty golf course
Disliked: The room felt creepy and unsafe. I’ve reached out for a refund and advised the front desk guard I wouldn’t stay. No answer and no refund. Total waste.

Will be staying here again.

Liked: I liked the quiet location which was very close to the Health Facility where we had to be at 7:00am. The room was big and had everything. it was also very clean even though nothing fancy.
Disliked: Very thin walls.

Liked: Good location, not on a freeway. Had a nice meal at the club house, room was dated but bed was comfy. Just make sure to get an upstairs room.
Disliked: Room was dated, little coffee maker sucked. The worst part was it was quite empty and the people above use were pounding the head board at 2 am and between her moaning and the banging noise it didn't make for a good night's sleep. Get an upstairs room!!

Liked: We love staying at this property as most of the time it is very quiet, the facilities are clean, and the amenities on site are fantastic. The bar and grill is always a highlight- excellent breakfast!
Disliked: The beds were less comfortable than we are used to this stay. They were ultra firm, which is good for some, but not others. This is no fault of the resort, but our upstairs neighbor was extremely noisy - at one point, it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.
