Comfortable, convenient and the staff...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Quickly delivered. Very polite person delivering it.
Disliked: Bagel could have been better. With all the service charges and the elevated price , you could serve a better bagel.

Not worth the price!

Liked: The location is excellent!
Disliked: The replenishment of the toiletries was super poor. You go into the shower to find out there is no shampoo. Vanity kits were not replenished - for this price point this is extremely disappointing. Staff at the reception and porters are extremely kind.
