Disliked: Public restrooms were not clean.

Ok, but not great

Liked: Beach cove swimming, as well as the pool. Also morning yoga.
Disliked: At these prices, it was only ok. We ended up going off-site for most meals. Pool area was cramped because people (with staff helping for tips) were reserving lounge chairs all day with towels, instead of letting them circulate to active users. Was hoping for more of an all-inclusive, care-free feel, but felt like we were often having to manage cost or availability.

Disliked: Was not made aware clearly about the meal plan including or excluding breakfast. I selected with breakfast and confirmed my booking. Later was disappointed to be charged for breakfast. They force the customers wear a band for the number of days stay and this cannot be removed. I did not like this to be worn for three days and also take bath, go into swimming pool with it etc. did not feel nice and hygiene.We got checked in very late around after ten PM and none of the restaurants would accept a delayed dinnerVery pricy and not value for money given an old property and tired looking restaurants, carpets etc.

Disliked: It seems highly unfair that despite my group discount, they charged me over 700€ due to a reservation error. It appears they failed to cancel my initial reservation, leading to this significant financial loss.

Liked: The location was beautiful. The lobby area was inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was free waters at the desk which was appreciated.
Disliked: We are very disappointed with the Hilton brand now, and we are Hilton honor members. The condition of the rooms are poor and lacked comfort. The carpet is old and smelly. The beds were lumpy and the sheets smelled like mildew. There was mold in the bathroom sink and shower. There is no microwaves so you can not warm up any left overs, so we wasted a lot of food. The breakfast was powdered eggs and bacon every day and we paid 35.00 a day for, which is really sad for a Hilton. Every where we ate at this resort was over priced and poor quality food and drinks.. We were stuck in the elevator, which dropped 2 floors first. This experience was unsatisfactory.

This property is absolutely beautiful...
