Liked: The public areas of the hotel are great, pool was clean and nice, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Breakfast is not included, it is a separate charge, not an problem if you know ahead but dont plan on a free breakfast. The rooms are dated and have some things that need repairs, but everything was clean and worked and was comfortable.

Liked: The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and very clean.
Disliked: It can be a little frustrating that there isn't someone always at the front desk.

Disliked: Dog in room next door barking all night and next door guests slamming door a dozen times all night long. I complained upon check out and the clerk said they could have moved US. I said Hotel Topeka could have moved the people causing NOISE!
